represented us very well in our recent agricultural acquisition.
When we came upon a problem with the sellers' banker who threatened to
kill the deal, she intervened on our behalf and got the banker to "see the
light" and the sale "sailed" through! Jan is a very professional

We recently
closed on our Shell Knob home with Jan as our buyer's representative.
At the time we were in the closing stages, many large banks were closing
their doors and it seemed there was a new hoop to jump through almost
daily with our bank/appraisers/PMI co., etc.
Throughout
all the unexpected changes, Jan was at our side and making our deal work.
Because of
Jan's dedication (even on Sundays), we were able to make our dream lake
home a reality.
I wouldn't
think of using any other realtor for buying or selling any real estate in
the future.
