My wife and I just closed the
sale of our lake house in Shell Knob. We were extremely pleased with
the professionalism of our agent, Jan Thomas. The listing,
marketing, sale and closing were handled with much appreciated expertise.
Even thou we live out of state, Jan kept us well informed of everything
that was done. It was a real pleasure having her handle our
transaction for us. Sometime in the future we intend to be in the
